Pamela Bell has devoted countless hours of her life to the City of Rowlett.
Pam was elected to the Rowlett City Council in 2017 and reelected in 2020. She served six years before terming out in 2023.
​
After leaving the council, Pam continued to serve the city as a member of CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) and VIPS (Volunteers in Police Service).
When she was on the council, Pam was the liaison to the Senior Advisory Board, the Animal Shelter Advisory Board, and the Library Advisory Board.
Pam is a member of the Rowlett Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of the Leadership Rowlett and Leadership North Texas programs.
