ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Pamela Bell
and I want your vote
For Rowlett City Council Place 6

WHERE SHE COMES FROM
Pam is a native Texan and has lived here all her life. She embraces traditional Texas values of freedom, faith, and independence. She believes in fiscal responsibility, listening to citizens, and making the best decisions for our city.
ASTRONG WORK ETHIC
Pam retired from the communications industry after over 30 years. She became a licensed Real Estate Agent and has been helping families and individuals find their dream homes since 1992. She is experienced in many different facets of real estate and is currently a realtor with Coldwell Banker.
Pam believes in staying involved in local government. She volunteers her time as a member of the Rowlett Police Department's VIPS (Volunteers in Police Service) and as a member of CERT, the Community Emergency Response Team that is one of several organizations operating under the umbrella of the non-profit RCCC (Rowlett Citizens Corps Council).
THE FUTURE OF ROWLETT
Pam Cares
Pam cares about the people of Rowlett
Pam volunteers her time at the police department and with CERT because she wants to help people and help keep our city safe. She attends events put on by the city, by the Chamber of Commerce, and by Rowlett non-profit organizations because she loves meeting and interacting with the people who attend. She is active in her church and enjoys spending time with her neighbors.

Pam is a people person, and she will have the best interests of the people of Rowlett at heart when she makes decisions on the city council.

Pam cares about Rowlett businesses
As a businesswoman herself, Pam understands the challenges that are faced by the small businesses in our community. She wants to help Rowlett grow in a way that will benefit us all without changing the small-town feeling that makes our city feel like home to so many.

Pam wants our businesses to thrive, and she wants to make it easier for "mom and pop shops" to open and keep their businesses here and to help attract more great restaurants and retail establishments.
Pam cares about the animals of Rowlett
Pam is an animal lover and devoted dog mom, and she is often accompanied by a canine companion. Currently that's her little Daisy. During her tenure on the council, Pam served as the council's liaison to the city's Animal Shelter Advisory Board, and she was overjoyed when the citizens voted in 2023 for a bond to build a much-needed new animal shelter.
Pam believes we need to provide funding, seek grants, and work with non-profits to help take care of the pets that are without homes in our city.
